The Bivalent COVID-19 Booster Shot
As of November 16th, 2022, vaccinations are no longer offered at QVHD, however, there are still ample vaccination resources available within our community, and we want to ensure that you are aware of the following options:

First, you may contact your local pharmacy or healthcare provider to inquire on COVID-19 vaccination appointments.

Secondly, you may also call 211 to locate a vaccine, or find vaccination sites in specific areas.

Finally, you may also visit the CT DPH vaccine finder to locate a clinic or provider in your area. (Link: Vaccines.gov - Search for COVID‑19 vaccine locations).
